We are now seeking for an Admin Coordinator to join a dynamic team of medical professionals in Australia.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual eager to have career growth. The role provides administrative support to management and/or team through answering incoming communications and other general admin duties.
To succeed in the role, it is important to have excellent communication skills. Someone who has the drive to keep things organized and able to manage competing priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- Handling and routing phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting.
- Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.
- Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
- Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development.
- Developing and implementing new policies and processes.
- Schedule in-house and external meetings
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
- Encoding of data into company system/databases.
- Provide general administrative support to the Executive, including appointments, messages, word processing and copying.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as Admin Coordinator.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, data management and other general administration activities.
- High-level attention to detail and confidence in analyzing data and creating reports.
- Familiarity with office administration tools such as MS Office and the likes.
- Prioritize and consistently meet deadlines.
