Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Country Manager, this role will be a principal company lead representative with a nation-wide reach of external stakeholders, and is responsible for:
- Lead the development of the Business Unit's strategy. Provide direction and leadership
- Set business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objective for the Business Unit

Align business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objective with other key functions- Allocate and organize resources to ensure achievement of objectives and delivery of results
- Collaborate with Global commercial teams to lead the development of the Business Unit in Vietnam
Experience requirements
- Significant experience in both sales & marketing leadership positions
- At least 5 years' experience at the same level in pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Experience in new product launch and/or international exposure will be an advantage
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferable in Health-related field.
