Foodjob Nordic is recruting on behalf of DAT-Schaub A/S, since the current Senior Quality Assurance Manager is retiring, and we are therefore looking for a competent successor, to continue the already started initiatives and actions. DAT-Schaub processes stomachs and intestines from slaughterhouses into high quality products for the food, pharmaceutical, animal feed and biogas industries. We are committed to use every natural by-product derived from the slaughtering process in order to ensure that nothing goes to waste.
At DAT-Schaub, you will be responsible for driving our quality assurance agenda, while working closely together with other passionate colleagues across the global organization. Your role will be to continue already started quality assurance initiatives and to formulate the way forward - including the coordination of activities across our business and relevant markets.
With the launch of Danish Crown’s “Fit the Future Strategy”, food quality, as well as sustainability, will be key drivers going forward. Our ambition is to be a successful and leading player in sustainable production of high-quality meat, and processed, products by 2030.
To achieve this goal, we are looking for a new Senior Quality Assurance Manager, who will lead and drive the associated activities at business unit level in DAT-Schaub, as well as support the Danish Crown’s Group’s quality initiatives.

- Support and drive cross-collaboration quality initiatives across functional areas, DAT-Schaub’s entities and towards Danish Crown
- Further develop the needed structures, principles, frameworks, processes and guidance on quality across our business
- Coordinate the transformation of our local quality setup towards globally coordinated activities
- Support the development and maintenance of global food safety recognized GFSI standards: FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS Food and GRMS
- Define cross-functional metrics for quality in DAT-Schaub
- Advice and support local quality and food safety teams and site managers in developing and maintaining HACCP plan and other management systems
In this role you will be promoter of quality in DAT-Schaub and play a key role in how we, in a structured and targeted way ensure our present position as a producer of high quality products.
Who are you?

- Good at presenting and with the ability to explain complex messages in simple way
