Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and realistic 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations for various projects. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing concepts to life and enhancing the overall visual appeal of our designs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Interpret and translate design concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations.
- Develop realistic lighting, materials, and textures to create visually appealing and accurate representations of architectural designs and spaces.
- Utilize industry-standard 3D modeling, rendering, and animation software to create and manipulate 3D assets.
- Ensure that all visualizations adhere to project timelines and meet client expectations.
- Iterate and refine 3D visualizations based on feedback and input from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in 3D visualization and computer graphics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, design, computer graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling, rendering, and animation software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition principles in 3D visualization.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of architectural and interior design concepts is a plus.
