- Manage projects from start to finish, including overseeing all aspects of the project, establishing priorities and setting campaign objectives, budget, and relevant KPIs
- Monitor and analyze digital media performance to adjust strategies and tactics as needed
- Develop and oversee the implementation of digital media strategies through all online channels that improve brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital channels
- Manage all aspects of online media including webpages, GMB, blogs, e-commerce sites, and other online content and maintain consistency.
- Build a following on social media, and increase engagement according to brand engagement metrics.
- Engage community members across digital platforms
- Run A/B tests and track campaign analytics and translate data into actionable insights that will help us optimize campaign performance and create more effective campaigns in the future
- Oversee the creation of digital products such as ebooks, podcasts, and mobile applications
- Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.
- Optimize digital campaigns using SEO best practices
- Monitor competitor activities and identify areas of improvement
