We are looking for a candidate to run one our Garden Maintenance teams, and on larger projects with our other maintenance teams.
The candidate will be with a team of 1/2 and be working in private and commercial grounds maintenance contracts that we have. We work on high end gardens with the work needed to be completed on jobs to a high standard. The candidate must have confidence to speak to clients and create a relationship so the client feels happy with you there.
It is very important that the candidate can be trusted to keep good timekeeping throughout the day, and work with a team efficiently.
You will need to get to the yard in Farnham every morning. Uniform will also be given to the successful candidate.

We do also build gardens so there will be days in which you can learn the hard landscaping side of things and help the team out if that was something that interested you. We work as a tight knit team so its important that the candidate can fit into the teams well.
