Admin Executive [Pakistan]

  • Responsible for all admin operations.
  • Responsible for fleet management and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with accounts department and arrange petty.
  • Daily visit all offices for cleaning and checking.
  • Supervise servings for all management meetings.
  • Responsible for the arrangement of office, furniture, systems, office supplies for all new joiners.
  • Repair & Maintenance.
  • Security Management.
  • Asset Management.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Experience: 1-2 years in administration experience.

Work Days: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 6PM

Preference will be given to those resources who can join on immediate basis's.

Job Location: Gulberg - III, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
