- Responsible for all admin operations.
- Responsible for fleet management and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts department and arrange petty.
- Daily visit all offices for cleaning and checking.
- Supervise servings for all management meetings.
- Responsible for the arrangement of office, furniture, systems, office supplies for all new joiners.
- Repair & Maintenance.
- Security Management.
- Asset Management.
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Experience: 1-2 years in administration experience.
Work Days: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 6PM
Preference will be given to those resources who can join on immediate basis's.
