Job Title: Odoo Functional and System Training Administrator

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Functional and Training Administrator to join our team. This role involves configuring and customizing the Odoo ERP system to meet our business needs, as well as providing training and support to users. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Odoo solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Odoo system customization.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with company processes and workflows.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Odoo system.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on effective utilization of the Odoo system.
  • Provide ongoing user support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to system usage.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, documentation, and user guides.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other systems.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and implement customizations when necessary.
  • Configure and generate reports and dashboards within the Odoo system to meet reporting needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with Odoo updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in system upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations and modules.
  • Continuously evaluate system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and user experience.
  • Train Staff on best practice of use.
  • Strong Speaker and Communication skills.
  • Troubleshoot errors and issues faced by users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across different functional areas.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in conducting user training sessions and creating training materials.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Familiarity with ERP concepts and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with Odoo implementations and upgrades is a bonus.
