BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
- Coordinate a global group of key users and stakeholders
- Collect and coordinate new requirements
- Ensure that the right requirements are developed together with the development team
- Use relational databases (Global Sales Databases, ROBIN), Azure Cloud, SAP, microservices and data exchange to develop and maintain the application
- Maintain databases ROBIN & PMT for Chatbot
- Steer global and international projects to ensure project goals are met
- Training all key users
- Provide regular reports on the status of the project to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Manage and oversee the project budget
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or comparable qualification
- Strong experience in relational databases and data exchange
- At least 1 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects
- Experience with Cognigy chatbots is highly preferred
- Experience with web applications and UX
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in steering global and international projects is a plus
- Strong decision making and negotiation skills
- Quick adapt and get deep knowledge of the application landscape
