Requirements :
Background education : Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
Has min. 3 years experience working in a related background
Preferably has background in FMCG with beauty category
Has good analytical, negotiation and communication skills
Result oriented
Willing to work Monday - Saturday

Job Descriptions :
Manage business in GT Channel to achieve nett revenue sales target.
Develop sales fundamentals in all channels : distribution, availability, visibility, and promo execution.
Lead and coach field sales team : BA, Merchandisers, Supervisor and Salesman
Partner with Trade Marketing Team to create effective and efficient promotion calendar & BTL activities, especially at Cosmetic Store Channel
Partner with the distributor team to follow up operational issues: delivery, return and AR
