Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?


The Data Integration Analyst, as a member of the Data Connectivity Team, is responsible for the implementation new data flows (SWIFT messages or flat files) with our counterparties and monitor existing ones so that our internal operational teams can operate in an efficient and sustainable way.

The officer is also taking part of custodian bank due diligence process and participate in various operational and regulatory projects. The type of tasks is highly diversified.


Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Participate in the custodian bank due diligence process;
  • Analyse and implement new automated data flows (SWIFT messages, flat files or XML files) with our counterparties;
  • Monitor existing data flows to ensure no disruption of data;
  • Contribute in the data connectivity requirement review and development process;
  • Proactively participate in the improvement and the automation of operational processes;
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with your internal customers and external counterparties;
  • Report on a regular basis to the Management the progress on tasks.


Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Data Integration Analyst?

  • Master Degree in Finance, Economic, Accounting;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Fund administration or Life insurance industry;
  • Experience with SWIFT messages (MT101, MT515, MT535, MT566, MT940 and MX messages) and/or Swift Alliance is an asset;
  • Strong analytical skills, able to deal with facts, figures and adherence to systems;
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and prioritise tasks;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (VBA is an asset);
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Any additional EU language is considered as a key asset
