- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.

- Assists other when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
- Melakukan Pembersihan, Pengemasan serta bertanggungjawab kualiti kebersihan bilik tetamu.Menggantikan linen, tuala dan bekalan bilik dengan barang yang baru dan bersih.
- Memeriksa cadar & tilam dengan kerap
- (Restock)Bekalan bilik seperti minum gelas, sabun, syampu, bekalan persediaan, bar mini.menggantikan beg pakaian dan slip (laundry bag Membuat pemeriksaan semua peralatan,perabot dan kemudahan di bilik cukup dan mengikut susuan yang ditetapkan
- Memberi perkhidmatan kepada permintaan-permintaan tetamu (Room Service)
Memantau dan melaporkan kerosakan harta benda rumah - Bertanggungjawab untuk menyediakan tahap perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan konsisten kepada tetamu.
