We're looking for Junior Payroll Specialists to join our team of finance professionals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Meeting payroll deadlines

Overseeing the entire payroll process- Collaborating with employees, managers, HR, payroll providers, and other external parties on a daily basis
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Conducting monthly payroll audits and implementing controls
- Ensuring payroll compliance and advising management on payroll-related initiatives and changes
- Undertaking any additional tasks as required
Basic Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in processing European payroll
- A graduate degree (preferably in a finance-related field)
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
- Attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints
- Problem-solving skills, with a focus on proposing solutions rather than solely seeking assistance
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Good computer skills
