About the Role
Plan preventive maintenance inspection (PI) for assets maintained by QAS maintenance workshop and to plan the material used during preventive maintenance inspection to assure compliance with QAS preventive maintenance work instruction. Responsible for maintaining engineering operational IT tools such as assets management system (AMS), Enterprise asset management (eAM) and in-house built serviceability defect log

Operational- Monitor preventive maintenance on time performance of ground support equipment, ground support vehicle and Non-Motorized equipment (GSE, GSV, and NME) to ensure it is meeting company targets.
- Prepare reports of periodic maintenance performance analysis to support management with their decisions and continuously improve them.
- Improve planning for stock replenishment, procurement to better support engineering workshop requirements in terms of planned maintenance activities by keep updating bill of material in assets management system and inventory management system according operation activities.
- Receives items creation request and create item code in inventory management system (IMS) for new items in order to be able to request through IMS.
- Makes revisions in the preventive maintenance checklists to keep it up to date.
- Improve equipment productive time through planning of procurement and logistics of long and short term required parts in engineering maintenance management software's to reduce waiting time at workshop of all GSE and other QR-Group equipment for scheduled or non-scheduled maintenance
- Coordinate with manufacturers for updating OEM (original equipment manufacturers) preventive maintenance checklist and reporting any preventive maintenance inspection (PI) deficiencies to keep QAS PMI checklist updated according original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and QAS standard.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About You
- High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience Essential Previous work experience in GSE maintenance.
- Essential: Previous work experience in GSE Maintenance
- Required to be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Ability to read and write English language.
- Preferred: Proficient in Oracle applications
