The Financial Services Representative is responsible for:
- Scheduling meetings with clients to discuss their financial needs
- Gathering necessary documentation to determine the best products for clients
- Staying informed about the economy to provide knowledgeable advice to clients
- Assisting clients in navigating the K5 portal and accessing necessary documentation
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Making initial contact with potential clients to inform them of K5's services
To excel in the role of a Financial Services Representative, the following qualifications are required:
- Strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and customer service skills
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
- A successful Financial Services Representative should have a deep knowledge of financial regulations as well as strong analytical, communication and customer service skills, and be able to build positive relationships with clients and meet or exceed sales targets.
