We are now looking for a Vice President for Group Finance who will lead and develop the Group Finance team and works in a business oriented way with financial planning analysis and management reporting to provide critical decision making information to management, board, owners and external parties and to drive performance and growth.

Key Tasks
In the role you will work closely with our CFO, Regional Presidents and functional Heads to support, challenge and conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting.
- Creates budgets and financial forecasts
- Direct leadership for the Group Finance team
- Management reporting –internal and to owners
- Group-level financial planning&analysis
- Management metrics and processes
- Tax structuring and management
- Cash management
- Group financing and bank relationships
- Business control support to group unctions
- Alignment of FP & A activities in divisions
- Cost management
- Business intelligence set-up
- Owner relationships

You have excellent leadership skills both formal and informal and can switch between strategic vs operational level, and holistic vs detailed perspective.
Your Background
You have at least a bachelor degree in finance or equivalent education along with broad finance experience - very good understanding of e.g. financial planning & analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, M&A and financing matters.
In this role you need to have good track record and experience from successfully leading and developing a Finance team/function, especially in genuinely international contexts. We also think you have experience from companies owned by private equity or other professional financial owners.
- Solid experience from financial planning, analysis and management reporting in complex environments
- Experience from M&A transactions; pre and post acquisition topics
- Experience from working in manufacturing companies
