Lampentasche is a specialized nanny agency in Switzerland. For a family with three well-educated and well-mannered children, we are looking for an exceptionally committed Family Manager who will be primarily there for the children, aged 6 months (girl), 9 and 11 years old (boys), while at the same time making everyday life easier for the family. This is a very responsible position in a very nice setting in Zurich Zürichberg/Kreis 6. The parents are both entrepreneurial personalities who are grateful for any support. The starting date is as soon as possible, and the family is interested in a long-term cooperation.

- Ideally, the working days would be Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30/7:00 p.m.
- In the mornings, the focus will be on the care of the little daughter with age-appropriate activities and play-time – attending external activities such as music lessons or a visit to the toddler cafe are also possible but not a requirement.
- The school kids will come home from school on Thursdays at 12 p.m. and on Fridays at 3:30 p.m. – so depending on the day the tasks vary from the preparation of lunch, support with the homework, escort to the afternoon sports activities or staying home accompanying the children wherever they need support and playful activities indoors and outdoors (board games, crafts, going to the forest, etc.)
- Preparation of a warm meal for the whole family in the evening
- As a family manager, your priority is the care of the children, but you also keep an eye on ensuring that the family's daily routine runs as smoothly as possible, and you offer support wherever possible (including errands or light household support)
- Additional kid-sitting assignments in the evenings or at weekends are optional by arrangement
- A professional, extroverted and experienced person with a caring attitude, passion for the work with children, and the necessary awareness of the private household as a working environment
- Reliability, as well as trustworthiness, are essential for this family
- Your personality is defined by your positive way of thinking and your charisma, and you know how to act calmly but with a natural authority towards the children
- Independent working style with very good organizational and time management skills
- Several years of experience in a similar job with sound experience in dealing with 3 children in different age groups, also in the role of a mother of now grown-up children is possible
- A driving license is required, and the family car would be available to use
- The working language will be English, therefore, English language skills in the mother tongue or at least a strong fluent level (non-German speaking is a plus)
