Overview:

The Provider Service Representatives is responsible for take calls from Providers who will have questions regarding member eligibility, member coverages, benefit types, copays, and claims. Join our team of Provider Service Representatives who have exceptional experience and are dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Medicare Experience required

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Health Plan Provider Customer Service Representative

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude)

  • Must be extremely detail oriented.

  • Positive attitude and ability work independently from home, as well as with a team

  • Strong communication skills

Qualifications:
  • Must have Medicare Experience
