Job Description
HR Business Partner, Vietnam
In this role, you will be reporting to the HR Lead of SEA (South, East and Southeast Asia) cluster and you will provide HR leadership & business partnership to business stakeholders in our Commercial (Marketing & Sales) organization.
HRBP acts as independent HR generalist on the market level with full accountability for HR related matters on country level. HRBP is responsible both for operational HR tasks and for providing strategic business partnership to business. HRBP will be part of leadership team on country level and will be part of cluster HRBPs team. This role has a unique opportunity to lead HR projects on cluster level and to get to know other countries cultures, processes and business models in SEA cluster.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is a must. Degree with specialization in Human Resources, Management or Business will be an advantage;
At least 3-5 years of HRBP experience; at least 7 years of overall HR experience;
Experience with Organizational Changes, Talent Management and Employee Relations are must have for being successful in this job;
Project managements skills with examples of successfully accomplished projects in HR field;
Knowledge of local labour law is a must;
Fluency in English & Vietnamese languages.

Job responsibilities:
You will provide HR and executive coaching support to Commercial LT in Vietnam
You will be leading HR workstream of project team for evolving Vietnam go to market model
You will support all talent management, organizational design and organizational alignment activities within client group(s). Lead client restructuring activities when necessary. Contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary.
Coach leaders and members of leadership team(s) to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).
You will provide learning strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy.
You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and contribute to attracting and hiring talents;
You will provide leadership and project management to critical HR initiatives across SEA cluster (it can be Engagement or Employee Experience pillars)
You shall collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy.
You will provide Employee Relations advice and consult to managers on items such as performance management/improvement, issue/conflict resolution, policy, procedure, law and standards education. Act as HR Lead for two markets with accountability for solving Employee Relations cases;
You will provide consult on Compensation & Benefit strategy & execution, which may include competitive benchmarking, pension program support, benefit enrollment, local vendor management;
You will be part of SEA HR HRBPs team
This role can also be responsible for one additional market support from HR side and should be ready to act above market
