Responsibilities

1. Responsible for increasing the income of MCN and talent customers, and completing advertising sales related to MCN and talent (including but not limited to short video business list heating, live streaming, etc.) 2. Actively collect market information, understand Xiaohongshu/Kaishou/Tencent, etc. Competing media's talent ecology and business listing related products, obtain the latest market information, and continue to develop talent and mcn resources 3. Efficiently implement the product/business strategy formulated by the company, and dig deep into customer needs and new business opportunities through visits. Through brand resource matching, product promotion, platform function optimization, etc., increase the income of mcn & experts.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in key account sales or expert marketing, experience in star map, cloud map, advertising distribution, etc. is preferred Highly self-motivated, able to adapt to business trips 4. Strong ability to collect information and analyze operations, sensitive to talent ecology of different competing media, new market trends, and those who have a strong understanding and sense of smell for platform products are preferred.
