Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science/any-related
- 7-10 years of experience leading teams with strong prioritisation skills
- Expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling, predictive analytics, and data visualisation
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e.g Python, SQL, R) & data visualisation tools (Power BI)
- Experience applying statistical methods & machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems
- Strong background in people analytics, HR analytics, and workforce planning (advantageous)
- Proven track record of delivering strategic business analytics solutions
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Proficiency in developing AI solutions and techniques
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall people analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement solutions to measure and analyze business processes
- Provide strategic insights & recommendations based on data analysis and modelling
- Drive improvement through advanced analytics, automation, and data-based decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for statistical modelling and machine learning
- Stay informed about emerging trends & best practices in people analytics
- Oversee data management platform architecture and data quality
- Develop data models to support predictive and descriptive analysis
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of data analytics and reports
- Foster a data-driven culture and implement self-service analytics capabilities
- Manage the data governance framework and standards
