Looking to hire someone ASAP to call prospective property owners and see if they are interested in either:
Buying a Residential Property/Home -OR- Selling a Residential Property/Home
PREFERABLY someone with a track record working for a Real Estate Agent or Company.
Monday through Friday 10AM to 7PM PST (with 1-hour lunch break)
$500 commission per seller or buyer contracted to work with me. Ideally, we are completing at least 4 contracts a month.
Bonus $1000 if we do 5+ contracts in a month.
Ideal person is:
- Self-Motivated and Dedicated.
- Great Conversational and Soft Skills.
- Good at Overcoming Rejections and Objections.
- Understands Basic Spreadsheets.
- Seeks Constructive Feedback and Growth.
