Position Overview:
This role involves leading a team of technology professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems and infrastructures.
LOCATION: LAGOS
SALARY: VERY ATTRACTIVE/ INDUSTRY RANGE.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
*Work experience of 5 years and above in tech related field is required.
* Extensive experience in technology management, with a focus on Cloud Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Infrastructure and Application Development.
* Strong knowledge of technology systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business objectives.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the technology domain.
