On behalf of Our Client, Scalors GmbH is looking for a System Administrator to join Client’s Team.
Our client is a prominent salvage exchange in Europe, boasting more than two decades of expertise in claims management and an extensive dealer network. They provide comprehensive services for assessing residual and market value, catering to various stakeholders in the process. Operating across Europe, the company specializes in brokering damaged vehicles from insurers and owners to potential buyers. Their offerings encompass a wide array of activities, including damage management, preparation of technical data for insurance companies, transport and logistics management, as well as support services for both vehicle owners and buyers dealing with damaged vehicles. With a strong track record and a full-fledged suite of services, our client remains a leading player in the European market.
Main Duties:
– Installation and support of the company’s hardware components.
– Configuration and maintenance of internal systems.
– Application administrator/technical support for customers and employees (primarily German SV. organizations and insurance companies).
– Administration of the telephone system Netphone / Swyx.
– Support of internal applications.
– Participation in IT projects – internal and customer (primarily German SV. organizations and insurance companies).
- 3 years or more experience in IT or related field;
- Education: Intermediate or higher education;
- In-depth knowledge of Octopus Netphone telephone system / Swyx.
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office / Office365.
- Knowledge of Windows server operating systems and network components.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Responsible way of working and ability to work in a team.
- German – Fluent.
