Overview:

Ferrellgas is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team! Under direction supervision, this position is responsible for working with customers to discuss ways to maintain their account in a current status and resolve any outstanding issues. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalency and one year of work-related experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contact residential/commercial customers by phone to resolve any AR issues.
• Explain options and works with customers to resolve past due amounts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years commercial collection experience.
• 1-2 years 1st party collection experience preferred.
• Basic Excel spreadsheet skills required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify issues and act independently to resolve them.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
