What you bring to Bevilles
Bevilles is looking for passionate, vibrant and engaging individuals to join our team for Christmas in a flexible casual sales role from mid September 2023 to mid January 2024; someone who is committed to enhancing the customer experience, motivated and driven to achieve sales results and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
To become a Christmas team member you will need:
- To be available for available for a minimum of 25 hours per week
- To be able to work Christmas Eve and Boxing Day
- To be available to work Black Friday weekend
- To be available most Saturdays in November and December
- To be a morning person as your days will start bright and early in store at 6am
- To have high energy and a ‘can do’ attitude
As a Christmas team member you will:
- Be provided with training ahead of the busy Christmas period
- Receive on the job learning opportunities
- Be eligible for Employee Referral Program - $$$ reward for employees who refer successful candidates to join our superstar selling team
- Be part of a team of passionate and fun individuals
