Our client manages and implements large suite of financial well-being products & services to provide employee welfare benefits to employers and their employees. These includes financial education, social security knowledge, statement analyzer & budget tool, early wage access, upskills opportunities, a part-time job portal to earn extra money, and insurance products through partners. They are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong focus on good engineering culture
about the job
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports the business goals of our client
- Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to the engineering team.
- Define the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the development of new products and features, from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on product architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners
- Ensure that the technology department is operating efficiently and within budget
- Lead the recruitment and development of the technology team
skills and experience required
Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in product architecture and development
- Proven track record in managing a team and delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
