Position Available:Customer Service Associate
Location:Dublin, Ireland
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders and prepare acai bowls and smoothies according to our recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle cash transactions and use our point-of-sale system accurately.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Skills Needed:
- Strong passion for health and wellness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
