At least 3-4 years’ overall experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the UAE.
- Must have a lead of Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance).
- Must have knowledge of advertise job opening on company’s career page, social media, job boards and internlly
- Must have knowledge in UAE Law, visa processing, labour contracts, etc.
- Must have strong personality handling all staff
- Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own.
- Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting.
- Can handle all areas of HR department.
- Can implement procedures within HR department and related departments.
