Therefore to expand the capabilities of the M9 network in Germany we are looking for an Operations Specialist with leadership skills, who can help us develop the Operations Department, and who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.
Your tasks:
- Handling all required documents in the shipping area.
- Carrying out booking optimization according to internal guidelines.
- Coordinating and aligning customer deliverables with partners and suppliers to manage the transportation of customer's cargo.
- Coordinating and monitoring transport activities.
- Ensuring customer requirements are met and taking corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
- Ensuring documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.
- Preparing the commercial offers.
- Interacting with our other departments both national and international.
- Negotiating shipping and logistics costs with suppliers and clients to strengthen the supply chain.
Your profile
- Experience in airfreight in Germany at least 2 years.
- Certificate ZÜP Züverlässigkeitsüberprüfung.
- Driving license category B.
- German citizenship.
- Ability to write and speak in German ( from B2 level- Upper indermediate).
- Working knowledge of cargo management software.
- Research skills (to be able to find information on potential suppliers, transportation options, and other factors that can impact the supply chain).
