Agilis HR Consulting is a global boutique search firm founded and headquartered in Singapore. We specialize in placing suitable leaders for our clients in various industries such as consumer, retail, healthcare, medical device, life sciences, IT/ Telecommunication, and industrial sectors. We aim to make a difference by helping our clients build a winning organization by finding the best suitable leaders, wherever they may be.
As we continue to expand, we are searching for recruiters (of different levels) to help execute and complete searches. You will report to the Managing Director or other partners responsible for the search. In detail, you will be responsible for the following:
- Headhunting & Cold Calling – approach both active and passive candidates
- Research & Sourcing – provide market information, company organizational breakdown, and name generation from target companies
- Research & Data Mining - using various offline and online platforms including social media to reach passive candidates
- Project Management – able to multi-task and handle several projects simultaneously
- Database management by updating candidates' information regularly
- Represent the company and its clients professionally at all times, every time! The Research Analyst or Associate will carry out reasonable additional duties as instructed by the Directors of the firm.
To be successful in the role, you need to have the following competencies:
- Working experience in recruitment or past experiences in a talent acquisition position for at least 2 years.
- Ideally, should have experience in local and regional APAC search execution (Asia Pacific)
- Result-oriented, agile to learn, and able to deliver results on time
- Great communication skill with fluency in English is a must due to searches in other countries in the Asia Pacific. Additional language skills will be an advantage
- Able to manage a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Good business acumen and a quick learner.
