Specifically, You Will

  • Engage customers, foster relationships, understand needs, support current business, and identify growth prospects.

  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.

  • Strategically guide and execute deals, adeptly structuring and negotiating financial solutions.

  • Assume proactive ownership of risk management, ensuring comprehensive mitigation throughout the process.

We're interested in hearing from people who

  • Possess a passion for constructing customer-centric, robust relationships and effectively managing portfolios.

  • Have exposure to business banking, with the ability to lead business origination across diverse customer sectors

  • Display a growth-oriented mindset coupled with strong commercial acumen, while seeking to enhance financial knowledge

  • Have excellent communication, coupled with tenacity, resilience, and self-driven initiative.

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, or a related field as this will be advantageous
