About the role The Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) is recruiting for several Assistant Services Officers to join the Workforce Team. The Assistant Services Officer is responsible for delivering a quality customer experience by providing timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to stakeholders, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: • Providing accurate and appropriate responses to high volumes of enquiries in-person, over the phone in a call centre environment and via online portals on behalf of the university • Completing administration activities to support the LLEU team and procedures of the unit, which may include processing of a high volume of applications with accuracy and efficiency• Supporting a range of front-facing and back-of-house services within various LLE teams About you You are a self-motivated individual, enjoying a variety of tasks and working with different teams. You will enjoy a role which gives you the opportunities to gain an understanding of all aspects of learner journey at the university. You also have: • Strong administrative and organisational skills• Demonstrated exceptional customer service/stakeholder management skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment• Ability to supervise others and lead by example, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to Unit, team, project, stakeholder or customer needs.• Ability to interpret and adhere to relevant university rules, policies and procedures, including supporting others in their application. As this role involves working with confidential student records and exam papers, applications from any current university students will not be considered.Remuneration
Base Salary Range: $70,782 to $75,709 pa (HEW 4) This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
