Your profile
- University degree in Information Systems or similar
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
- Up to 1 year of experience in IT, ERP or digitalisation
- Friendly and open personality that enjoys working with customers
- Very strong and structured communication skills
- Flexibility to work on different projects across teams and industries
- C2 English speaking team player (German will be a plus!)
Your tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction and establish long-term relationships
- Manage and support customers in various small and long-term projects
- Answer customer inquiries for various modules and industries
- Collaborate with our development team and functional experts to provide optimal solutions
- Conduct workshops to guide our customers through changes and new features.
