Your Role
- Manage and maintain the learning and development programs, e-learning platforms, training vendors to close the competence gaps of employees in an effective and an efficient way.
- Advocate a life-long learning and never stop learning culture.
- Ensure the existing learning and development systems and tools well support the demand of business growth.
- Continuously develop the internal trainers team to deliver multi-function training programs.
- Define competency requirements and assessment standards of different positions.
- Systematic Competency Training
- The development and dissemination of training tools and systems, reduce training costs and improve training efficiency.
- Combined with the needs of business development, to collect training needs, plan and design training programs, implement training effectively, thus improve employees’ efficiency of competency.
- HR Business Partner
- As a business partner, cooperate with and impact business dept to support business development, by improving managers management skills, building talents pool, find issues and seek a solution etc. in a proactive way.
To succeed, you will need
- University degree with major in human resource management or other relevant disciplines
- A passionate learning and development expert who is also an experienced and engaging trainer.
- Excellent communication skills and a great team player.
- Minimum of 5 years working experiences in training or learning function in international companies.
- Highly self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment.
- Willing to travel in mainland China.
