Our Group Safety department is an integral part of this process, and our comprehensive program is designed to mold you into a skilled professional in workplace health and safety by providing you with practical experience in various functions of the department. This program typically targets recent graduates or professionals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in this field. The program aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of various health and safety practices. It will last for 18 months, and include a combination of attachments, courses, and On Job Training. It will cover a wide range of topics, such as: assisting in the planning and implementation of the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) programme, which supports Emirates Group Safety Management System (SMS), this ensures the elimination, or minimisation of incidents and accidents, which could result in death or injury to our customers, contractors and staff, plus loss or damage to assets, including aircraft buildings and equipment, by performing audits, inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments and investigations.
