Mission

For our Applications Managed Services unit we are currently looking for a Dutch speaking Operational lead .

You will be leading the operational activities in a distributed delivery mode (incl. offshore). You will be responsible to ensure and to facilitate the communication to all stakeholders as central point of contact in regard to incident/service request management.

Key tasks & activities

  • Facilitation of the delivery and communication between Capgemini/Client and support teams
  • Central point of contact for communication to the different teams working for the client/Capgemini
  • Attribution of unsolved incidents to the correct support group
  • Validation of all incident/service Request details and ensuring categorization and prioritization
  • Escalation management/incident management and workload management
  • Establish and ensure the progress of action plans.
  • First point of contact for all P1/P2 issues
  • Categorization of all change requests

Team Lead expertise

  • 2-3 years experience in team leading role in SAP environment
  • Management skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to handle issues with different stakeholders in mixed teams
  • Good knowledge of effective change/incident/service management processes
  • Good understanding of the business processes and cross integration areas
  • Experience working with technical/support teams within SAP/ERP domain
  • Previous experience working with distributed and international teams (nearshore, Offshore)

Soft Skills

Professional communication level in Dutch is mandatory and excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken.
