    • Working within the Collaboration Services SharePoint Team, providing production support for SharePoint platforms.
    • Providing Level 2/Level 3 support.
    • Handling incidents reported for SharePoint issues with in the defined KPIs.
    • Collaborating with other support groups for issues with the related applications
    • Probing and troubleshooting SharePoint issues with end users.
    • Log analysis and root cause analysis for Problems.

Yêu cầu công việc:

    • 2-5 year experience.
    • Good verbal communication
    • Good analytical skills
    • Troubleshooting and Problem solving
    • SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online (M365) Knowledge
    • Knowledge in SharePoint permission management
    • SharePoint Document management Knowledge
    • Knowledge in SharePoint Event receivers
    • Knowledge in Incident management/Problem management life cycle for tickets.
    • Azure fundamentals knowledge
    • hands on experience with PowerShell scripting
    • Hands on with analyzing logs in ULS/Splunk
    • Hands on with SMT Remedy ticketing tool.
    • Hands on in CSOM coding for SharePoint including JS, CSS etc.
