Designation - Shift Supervisor – MRP
Education Qualifications - Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
Required relevant experience - Steel Industry experience
Understanding of By Product Management business, Metal Recovery Plant including screens, crushers, conveyor systems, Contract, handling of slag, or dealing with transportation of bulk movement of material, logistics concepts.
Job Description - Shift super vising of Metal Recovery plant Operation and maintenance of Metal Recovery Plant including crushers, feeders, screens, and conveyor systems. Conduct Tool box Meeting in start of shift Ensure execution of planned and break down maintenance job. To Plan & execute the scrap processing, stocking & dispatch to internal and external customer. To review and ensure conformance of all the products of his section as facilitator, from time to time with respect to objectives and timely compliance to ensure conformance to customer requirements. To coordinate with the Head, for any change, correction & removal of bottleneck in executing the job of scrap processing, stocking, dispatch, and accounting. Responsible and accountable for Excellence in Execution, TQM, Safety & health of employees including contract workers in the area of work.
Ensuring 100% operation and maintenance of Metal Recovery Plant including crushers, feeders, screens, and conveyor systems. Ensuring Safety by following Safety practices required to ensure Zero Fatality and Reduction in LTIFR and Safety Audit & Observation Plan.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
