Requirements:
- Have knowledge and experience using HTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP, and Python is a must
- Have a good communication skills
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
Job Descriptions:
- Support the custom application using PHP (Laravel and Codeigniter)
- Support the eBesha product application using Python
- Handle problems that occur in applications, such as errors, bugs, or suboptimal performance
- Provide technical support to application users, including providing assistance in using the application and answering questions that may arise
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnose problems that occur in the application, and find solutions to fix them
- Compile and maintain application documentation, including user guides and new releases
- Work closely with the application development team to improve performance and add new features
- Work together with other IT teams to resolve problems that occur in systems related to applications
