Job Description:
As an Experienced Bartender, you'll be at the forefront of our beverage service, crafting a wide range of drinks and providing exceptional service to our guests. You'll bring your expertise in mixology and your dedication to creating an inviting and vibrant atmosphere to our hotel bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean bar area.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure their satisfaction with drinks.
- Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and track usage.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for creating unique and delicious drinks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and relevant certifications.
