What to Expect

As Delivery Operations Coordinator you collaborate cross-functionally in Central Europe (DACH and Eastern Europe) to provide an exceptional delivery experience for our customers by managing day-to-day delivery operations. You will assist in organizing last-mile logistics, home deliveries, managing and setting up compound locations, and monitoring trucking. Your contributions to the seamless delivery process will ensure customer satisfaction and optimize efficiency within our delivery ecosystem. This role involves a high level of customer and employee interaction and directly supports Tesla's mission by creating a scalable delivery experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do
  • You collaborate with our EMEA teams and partners to coordinate and plan vehicle last-mile logistics, including transportation, scheduling, and route optimization
  • You oversee and maintain vehicle compound operations by sourcing, negotiating, setting up, and managing compounds and short-term delivery hubs
  • You organize and steer home deliveries and bulk deal deliveries for our enterprise customers in cooperation with our delivery locations and B2B teams
  • You manage delivery costs and oversee the purchasing of carrier services, compound operations, and other delivery-related services
  • You act as the point person for all internal stakeholders to drive fleet-related initiatives (regional in- and outbound logistics, home deliveries, etc.), coordinate timely follow-up, and consolidate insights for optimal outcomes
  • You identify team's needs for processes and tools, and provide appropriate support where needed (training, communication, etc.)
  • You play a key role in achieving and exceeding our market's goals and KPIs, including but not limited to: minimizing vehicle dwell, ensuring all pre-delivery activities are completed by our customers and internal teams, maximizing yield on supply, and delivering an excellent customer experience
What You’ll Bring
  • You have proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations, preferably within the automotive industry
  • You are a problem solver who can work with numerous stakeholders and identify key objectives across multiple areas
  • You work comfortable with data and management tools, able to quickly share updates on any fleet-related questions
  • You have strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and German and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • You have the ability to work unsupervised and collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate about changes in the transportation industry
