Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk . As a Front Desk, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients. Your ability to multi-task, handle administrative duties, and provide exceptional customer service will contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the staff, ensuring all necessary resources are available
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the building
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including receiving, sorting, and distributing packages and documents
- Provide general assistance to other departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all front desk activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., photocopier, scanner, fax machine)
