As MIS support & Operation engineer, you will be responsible Provide support in everything related to processes and information systems in the organization.
During your work you will be Operating the information systems and internal interfaces, Mainly Salesforce, Priority, Workato.
You will work with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance and other company teams.
Responsibilities
- Giving quality support to all organization and Work with all departments and positions.
- Operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously and handling unexpected issues.
- Investigating broken processes and bugs.
- Raising flags and identify critical issues.
- Support and work with the IS systems - Salesforce, Priority, Workato
Requirements:
- Degree in information systems/Industrial engineering or similar
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn
- Multi-tasker
- Flexibility and availability to embrace change
- Strong teammate
- Service-oriented, passionate about providing support and solutions
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge in Salesforce, Priority - advantage
- English proficiency both spoken and written
