We build on a low-code stack, which enables non-developers to contribute to building technology that is relevant to users. The platform will serve one of the largest property portfolios in Europe, and as part of the team you will thus have the opportunity to improve the everyday working and living experience for several thousand employees and residents.

We have several roles to fill, and need candidates with different backgrounds and different levels of technology competence. The majority of our technology is developed in low-code tools, but we still need some hardcore code enthusiasts to succeed, so these will also find interesting challenges to solve in our product universe.
We are looking for people who:
Has the ability to get things done - not just talk about what needs to be done
Analytical by nature, and who likes system and order - "Marie Kondo" in organization and processes
Interested in learning more about development and technology, and working in a low-code environment
Has experience of working in organizations with people and business processes
Want to work in a team with like-minded technology optimists to create products that make life better for people
Background with analysis, consulting, processes, RPA or process improvement can be an advantage, but is not a requirement
Tasks and areas of responsibility:
Build user-friendly digital products with low-code technology
Understand business and user problems – through interviews, analysis and conversations – and solve them with processes, rule engines and data
Work in an international team, with opportunities to travel
Construct reusable product modules and information models
Learn no/low code technology and share knowledge with the team
Work in small teams to solve concrete problems
Get things done

As a person you are proficient and pedagogical in verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and business teams (with the ability to translate tech lingo to something non-tech people can understand). You are a natural learner who is passionate about always growing and pushing your boundaries and emphasize learning by sharing knowledge together with your colleagues.
