Operations Officer [Pakistan]


 

We are hiring an "Operations Officer" at the Sialkot Office.

Job Description:

Admin:

  • Look after administrative tasks such as cleanliness, keep a constant check on janitorial staff, tea boy, receptionist.
  • Keep a constant check on office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Should be able to collect quotations from vendors if and when required.
  • Negotiate contract terms after discussing with OM in HO.
  • Daily check air-conditioners are working fine.
  • Support in preparing a stock requirement sheet at the end of the month.
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
  • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects.
  • Coach/Train administrative staff.
  • Should be able to call-in for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Shortlist new branch in their locality and market visits, if required.

WORC Operations:

  • Addressing complaints and resolving them in timely manner.
  • Attention to detail by highlighting improvement areas of office.
  • Space allocation for participants.
  • Should be able to manage schedules for members and office events.
  • Keep a proper check on HC of WORC members.
  • 1 on 1 meeting with all WORC members to make the experience personalized.
  • Solve issues of WORC Participants.
  • Cover workload gap of FDO.
  • Feedback from WORC Participant as per need.

IT:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of network and hardware.
  • Should be able to provide level 1 support if and when required.
  • All CCTV cameras should be working fine.
  • Responsible for office security management.
  • Any other duties required which are appropriate to the grade of the post.

Timing: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Education: Graduation

Experience: 2-3 Years Admin / Operations

Location: Office B13, Jawad Center Defence Road, Sialkot.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 per month
