How will I help?

We want to help all of our customers with all of their banking so they make the most of their money. And our Personal Bankers play an essential part in doing that. You’ll reach out to customers both in-branch and over the phone, connecting them to the right products as you provide expert financial advice and seamless service. Building rock-solid relationships, you’ll make it clear you understand what our customers need today – and what their plans are for tomorrow.

So we’ll back you in the development of your career, internal career prospects, and flexible working. You’ll also keep learning to grow, backed a fantastic team of people within a can-do, supportive structure.

As well as job flexibility and the financial benefits for being part of the Westpac team (like banking, wealth and insurance offers) you’ll be paid fairly, and trained so your career can grow as you do. You’ll also be encouraged to take part in our fun community projects as a paid volunteer.

What do I need?
