Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) [Philippines]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and assist customers through chat with empathy.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain expertise in company products and services.
  • Keep clear records of customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback for process enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service (CSR) is advantageous.
  • Available for on-site work.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Must be residing within the Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: Up to Php26,000.00 per month
