· Recruitment

- Managing and planning recruitment and human resource development on a monthly, quarterly and yearly

- Proposal and manage of the Company's recruitment budget
- Build a database of potential candidates
- Manage recruitment activities of the Division
· Engagement
- Build and implement the Employee engagement activities
- Build an internal communication network so employees can connect with each other.
- Organize programs, events oriented work goals.
· C&B
- Salary and welfare regime for employees in the Company.
- Supervising and managing the tasks and policies related to C&B (including salary, bonus, benefits, compulsory social insurance, performance
appraisal, rewards etc.).
- Follow employee performance evaluations during probationary periods and short-term contracts
· L&D
- Building the career development program for company’s employees and Planning the human resources to better serve the business and
production strategy of the company
- Making the policies on promotion and replacement of personnel.
- Research, draft and submit processes and regulations applied in the
Company
- Establish a system of rules, procedures and regulations for the Company related to manage the human resources and supervise the compliance with those rules.
- Advise and propose to the BOM to deal with issues in the field of Human Resources
· Supporting other divisions/ departments in human resource management
Other tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Knowledge:
+ University Degree, major in Human Resource Management, Marketing or relevant field.
+ Knowledge in Labor Market.

+ 3 years of experience as HRM in securities industry
- Interpersonal skills:
+ Communication capability in English is good.
+ Excellent organization skills.
+ Proficiency in office computer applications.
