Head of PPC [Israel]


 

About The Position

eTeacher Group is a world leader Ed-Tech (education technology) company. Our Company specializes in large-scale operation of international online schools. We operate globally while supporting seven languages in various educational verticals. Our marketing team comprises 50 professionals responsible for generating 500,000 leads per year with an annual media budget of over 6 million USD.

The Paid Acquisition team is part of the Marketing Department and works cross-functionally with multiple departments, including content, product marketing, design, sales, operations, product & BI.

We are looking for a skilled Head of PPC to lead a team of 5 PPC specialists and develop and execute effective PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to develop strategies, manage budgets, and provide leadership and guidance to the team.

What You’ll Be Doing and Learning

  • Develop and manage PPC strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and Tik Tok.
  • Lead a Team with another 5 PPC specialists, providing guidance, support and feedback.
  • Manage and Optimize PPC funnels to achieve business goals ensuring maximum ROI, the process includes lead generation and CRO.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Work closely with other departments including sales, BI, designers and developers to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create effective landing pages and ad creatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in running large-scale, performance oriented PPC campaigns (Facebook, Google and Tik Tok) with a monthly budget of over $500K
  • Experience leading and managing a team of PPC specialists – a must
  • Proven experience in managing global/international campaigns – a must.
  • Experience with Lead Generation funnels – an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience with implementing tracking Pixels (Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Marketing tools (Hotjar, Zapier, Integromat, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, Strong excel skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills required.
  • Strong content writing skills – an advantage.
